Development of the Statistical Errors Raster Toolbox with Six Automated Models for Raster Analysis in GIS Environments

چکیده
The Statistical Errors Raster Toolbox includes models of the most popular error metrics in interdisciplinary literature, namely, root mean square (RMSE), normalized (NRMSE), bias (MBE), (NMBE), absolute (MAE) and (NMAE), for computing areal errors any raster file .tiff format as compared with a reference file. are applicable to size files, no matter if no-data pixels included. only prerequisites that two files share same units, cell size, projection system. novelty lies fact that, date, there is such application ArcGIS Pro 3/ArcMap 10.8. Therefore, users who work require external software, plus relevant expertise. An on evapotranspiration (ETo) Peloponnese peninsula (Greece) presented. MODIS ET products ETo empirical methods employed. results (for 20,440 valid values) software 1000 random points). Considering different sample sizes can lead accuracies inhomogeneity area, it obvious almost identical.

Postgis Raster Plugin For Quantum GIS
This article describes a graphic tool implementation to upload and visualize raster data stored in a PostgreSQL database with PostGIS extension. The implementation was done as a Quantum GIS plugin called WktRaster, released as an open source software. The plugin is one of the earliest efforts to explore raster data storage, visualization and processing using the PostGIS Raster extension in a Ge...
متن کاملGIS ─ application to make geomorphometric analysis in raster data
We present an approach to identify some geomorphometrical characteristics of raster geo-images based on a Geographic Information System (GIS). The characteristic identification involves the generation of raster layers, topographic ruggedness and drainage density. In a sense, the topographic ruggedness is used to express the amount of elevation difference between adjacent cells of the Digital El...
متن کاملTowards 3d Raster Gis: on Developing a Raster Engine for Spatial Dbms
Three-dimensional (3D) raster are simple representations, which have long been used for modelling continuous phenomena such as geological and medical objects. However, they can result in large data sets when high resolution is used, which poses challenges to algorithms for vector-to-raster conversion and data storage. This paper presents a research towards developing generic techniques and tool...
متن کاملErosion Modeling in a Raster-Based GIS with Fuzzy Logic
In recent years, fuzzy logic has been applied successfully to a wide range of problems. This paper shows how it can be utilized in the area of spatial reasoning, in particular geographic information systems. The problem that we address here is the prediction of erosion from factors such as slope, annual precipitation, etc. These factors are represented as maps in a GIS. The maps are converted i...
متن کاملRaster Data Partitioning for Supporting Distributed Gis Processing
In the geospatial sector big data concept also has already impact. Several studies facing originally computer science techniques applied in GIS processing of huge amount of geospatial data. In other research studies geospatial data is considered as it were always been big data (Lee and Kang, 2015). Nevertheless, we can prove data acquisition methods have been improved substantially not only the...
